Wriddhiman Saha, born on October 24, 1984, is an accomplished Indian cricketer renowned for his role as a right-handed wicket-keeper batsman. He is a key player in the Indian national cricket team and has also left a mark in domestic and Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket.
Saha's domestic journey began with his inclusion in Under-19 and Under-22 teams before advancing to first-class cricket. He debuted in the Ranji Trophy in 2006/07 and earned recognition with a century on his first-class debut in the 2007–08 Ranji Trophy.
His prowess led him to join the IPL with the Kolkata Knight Riders in 2008, marking the start of his association with the league. Saha's performances earned him a spot in the India A squad, showcasing his skills on a larger stage. He further displayed his remarkable talent by setting a record for the fastest century in domestic cricket in 2018.
