Born on August 14, 1974, in Channapatna, Karnataka, Kishore's early life involved education and theater. He studied Kannada literature at Bangalore University and began his acting journey by debuting in the 2004 Kannada film "Kanti." His role earned him a State award, and he continued to excel, winning the Karnataka State Award for Best Supporting Actor for "Raakshasa."
