Shruti Pathak is an Indian playback singer and lyricist known for her work in the Hindi film industry. She was born and raised in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and later moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in singing after completing her master's degree in Psychology.
Pathak started her singing career by lending her voice to various remix albums. She gained popularity with her song "Mar Jawa" from the film Fashion (2008), for which she received nominations at the Filmfare Awards and Screen Awards. She also worked as a lyricist and singer for the song "Payaliya" from the film Dev.D (2009). She continued to showcase her talents as a singer and lyricist in films like Kai Po Che, where she wrote the song "Shubhaarambh" for Amit Trivedi.
In addition to her film work, Shruti Pathak has performed in numerous stage shows and music festivals, including events at various universities and cultural fests. She has also appeared in all three seasons of Coke Studio India, showcasing her versatility as a singer. Pathak has participated in MTV Unplugged season 4 and has also collaborated on the Dewarists.
