Randeep Rai, born on June 8, 1993, is an Indian actor known for his work in television. He made his acting debut in 2014, portraying Kabir Scindia in Channel V's O Gujariya: Badlein Chal Duniya. However, he gained widespread recognition and popularity for his role as Sameer Maheshwari in Sony TV's Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai. Randeep has also appeared as Anand Rawal in Colors TV's Balika Vadhu 2 and as Raghav in Sony TV's Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2.

Before venturing into acting, Randeep Rai appeared in over 120 TV commercials. His career in the entertainment industry began with episodic roles in various shows, including Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Emotional Atyachar, Secret Diaries: The Hidden Chapters, and more.

In 2016, Randeep played the character of Aryan Rathi in Diya Aur Baati Hum. However, it was his role as Sameer Maheshwari in Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai that garnered him significant fame and admiration. The show, which aired from 2017 to 2019, became immensely popular and Randeep's portrayal of Sameer was highly appreciated by the audience.
