Yukti Kapoor is an Indian television actress who is known for her roles in various shows. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Urmila in Siya Ke Ram and Ragini Singh in Agniphera. She is currently playing the role of S.I. Karishma Singh in the show Maddam Sir.
Kapoor made her acting debut in 2010 with the show Nanhi Si Kali Meri Laadli, where she played the character of Guddi. She subsequently appeared in other shows like Jhilmil Sitaaron Ka Aangan Hoga as Tanu Chauhan, Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara as Bittoo, and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein as Mayura Dunavati.
In 2013, Kapoor made her film debut with the Bhojpuri film Ka Ukhaad Leba, where she played the character of Mona Bai. The same year, she made her Hindi film debut with Uvaa.
In 2015, Kapoor landed her first major role in Star Plus's Siya Ke Ram, where she portrayed the character of Urmila opposite Karan Suchak. Her performance in the show garnered her recognition and praise.
In 2016, she played the role of Sudha Shekhwat in the popular show Balika Vadhu. She portrayed one of the protagonists, Ragini Singh, in the show Agniphera alongside Ankit Gera and Simran Kaur in 2017.
After Agniphera took a leap in 2018, Kapoor continued her journey in the show as Agni Singh Thakur, the on-screen daughter of her earlier character. She appeared alongside actors Samridh Bawa and Simran Kaur.
In addition to her television career, Kapoor also appeared in an episode of Laal Ishq as Swetha, sharing the screen with Vikram Sakhalkar. She played the characters of Lakshmi, Alakshmi, and Matrikas in the show Namah alongside Savi Thakur.
In 2020, she made an appearance in her first music video titled "Fakiri." Since 2020, Kapoor has been playing the role of S.I. Karishma Singh, a Lucknow-based female cop, in Sony SAB's Maddam Sir. Her portrayal of Karishma Singh has been appreciated by the audience. In 2022, she showcased her versatility by also portraying the character of Kaushalya Singh, the twin sister of her on-screen character Karishma Singh, in Maddam Sir, marking her third dual role in the show.
