Vrushika Mehta is an Indian actress and professional dancer known for her work in Hindi television. She was born in Ahmedabad and raised in Mumbai. She completed her graduation from Tolani College of Commerce in Mumbai and is a professional dancer.

Mehta made her acting debut in 2012 with the show Aasman Se Aage, where she portrayed the character of Vrushika. However, she gained significant recognition and popularity for her role as Sharon Rai Prakash in the television series Dil Dosti Dance from 2013 to 2015, opposite Shantanu Maheshwari.

After that, she appeared in various episodic roles in shows like Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, and Fear Files. In 2015, she played the character of Amrita Prasad in Twist Wala Love and Kaira in Satrangi Sasural.

In 2016, Mehta portrayed the character of Ishana in the popular show Ishqbaaaz. She also hosted the web series Desi Explorers Jordan on YouTube.

Her digital debut came in the form of the character Tamanna in Viu's Truth or Tamanna. From 2018 to 2020, she gained further success by playing the role of Asmita "Puchki" Kumari in Zee TV's Yeh Teri Galiyan opposite Avinash Mishra.

In late 2020, she played the character of Dr. Riddhima Saxena in StarPlus's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai opposite Mohsin Khan.
