Giaa Manek is an Indian television actress. She is best known for her role as Gopi Modi in the popular soap opera Saath Nibhaana Saathiya. She has also appeared in the television shows Jeannie Aur Juju and Tera Mera Saath Rahe.

Manek was born on February 18, 1986, in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. She graduated in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Mumbai. After graduating, she worked as a marketing professional for a few years before pursuing a career in acting.

Manek made her acting debut in the 2010 Hindi comedy film Na Ghar Ke Na Ghaat Ke. She then landed the role of Gopi Modi in Saath Nibhaana Saathiya in 2010. The show was a huge success and Manek's performance was widely praised. She won several awards for her role, including the Indian Telly Award for Best Actress in a Lead Role.

In 2012, Manek participated in the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5. She was the first runner-up of the show. After Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, she starred in the television show Jeannie Aur Juju. The show was a moderate success.

In 2019, Manek made a comeback to television with the show Tera Mera Saath Rahe. The show is a reboot of Saath Nibhaana Saathiya. Manek is playing the role of Gopika Modi in the show.
