Nikita Galrani is an Indian actress known for her work in Tamil and Malayalam films. She was born on January 3, 1992, in Bangalore. Nikita is the younger daughter of Manohar and Reshma Galrani and comes from a Sindhi ancestry. Her elder sister, Sanjjanaa, is also an actress.
Nikita Galrani completed her education at Bishop Cotton Girls' School and Bishop Cotton Women's Christian College in Bangalore. Initially, her family wanted her to pursue a career in medicine, but she later followed her passion for fashion designing. After completing her studies, she ventured into modeling and appeared in various advertisements. She currently resides in Chennai.
She made her film debut in 2014 with the Malayalam movie "1983," directed by Abrid Shine. Her portrayal of Manjula Sasidharan, a village girl and the teenage love interest of the lead character, earned her critical acclaim and several awards, including the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut - South.
