Aishwarya comes from a Telugu family with a background in the film industry. Her father, Rajesh, was a Telugu film actor, while her grandfather, Amarnath, was also an actor. Her aunt, Sri Lakshmi, is a popular Telugu comedian.
Aishwarya began her career as a television presenter on the comedy show "Asatha Povathu Yaaru?" She gained recognition after winning the reality show "Maanada Mayilada." She made her film debut with "Avargalum Ivargalum" in 2011 and rose to prominence with her role in "Attakathi" in 2012. Aishwarya received critical acclaim and won the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actress for her performance in the film "Kaaka Muttai" in 2014.
