Sravana Bhargavi got engaged to singer Vedala Hemachandra on 9 December 2012 in Hyderabad, India, and they got married on 14 February 2013. They have a daughter named Shikhara Chandrika, who was born on 2 July 2016.

Apart from her singing career, Bhargavi has also ventured into other areas of the entertainment industry. She hosted a show on 92.7 Big FM in Hyderabad and has done voice acting in films like Love Failure and Gabbar Singh.

Additionally, she has co-hosted the television show "Bol Baby Bol" alongside her husband Hemachandra, which airs on Gemini TV. She has also participated in the TV show "Super Singer," which was telecasted on MAA TV.
