Aishwarya Majmudar, born on October 5, 1993, is an Indian singer who gained recognition by winning the musical reality show STAR Voice of India - Chhote Ustad in 2007-08 at the age of 15. Throughout the competition, she received high praise from the judges and emerged as the winner alongside Anwesha Datta Gupta. Aishwarya later participated in the show Music Ka Maha Muqabala as part of Himesh Reshamiya's team, "Himesh's Warriors." She has sung in Gujarati and Hindi films and has been involved in various musical projects.
Aishwarya comes from a musical background, as both her parents are singers. She started her vocal training in Hindustani classical music at a young age and participated in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa at the age of seven. Before her success in the Chhote Ustaad competition, she had already made a name for herself in the Gujarati music industry. Aishwarya gave her first solo concert in Nagpur at the age of 11 and has performed numerous solo concerts in India and abroad.
Under the music direction of Gaurang Vyas, Aishwarya recorded her first solo album titled "Aishwarya," which featured Gujarati devotional songs. She has released several other albums including "Saat Suro na Sarname," "Paalav," "Swarabhishek," "Videshini," "Niralo Mukaam," "Aishwarya's Nursery Rhymes," "Sapna Sathe Aishwarya," and "Allak Mallak." She has also ventured into playback singing, recording songs for Gujarati, Hindi, and Kannada movies. Aishwarya has recorded songs for Hindi movies like "Hari Puttar: A Comedy of Terrors" and has lent her voice to the Hindi dubbing of the popular animated film series "Frozen."
In addition to her singing career, Aishwarya has worked as an anchor for various television shows, including Nach Baliye 4, Mummy ke Super Stars, Hum Young Hindustani, Little Star Awards 2008, and Harmony Silver Awards 2008. She also runs a successful YouTube channel with a substantial subscriber base and millions of views.
