Siddhanth Kapoor is an Indian actor and assistant director known for his work in Bollywood films. He was born on July 6, 1984, in Mumbai, India. Siddhanth comes from a family deeply rooted in the film industry. His father is the renowned actor Shakti Kapoor, and his sister is the popular actress Shraddha Kapoor. He is also the nephew of actresses Padmini Kolhapure and Tejaswini Kolhapure.
Siddhanth pursued his passion for filmmaking and acting by studying at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. He initially started his career as a disc jockey but later ventured into the film industry as an assistant director. He worked under the guidance of director Priyadarshan and assisted in films like "Bhool Bhulaiya," "Bhagam Bhag," "Chup Chup Ke," and "Dhol."
Although Siddhanth was supposed to make his acting debut in the film "Satte Pe Satta," the project was eventually shelved. However, he made his on-screen debut in 2013 with the crime film "Shootout at Wadala," sharing the screen with actors Anil Kapoor, John Abraham, and Kangana Ranaut. He then had a cameo role in Anurag Kashyap's psychological thriller "Ugly" in 2014, where he also worked as an assistant director.
