Pavail Gulati is an Indian actor known for his work in Hindi films and series. He was born and raised in New Delhi and attended Bluebells School International. During his schooling, he also participated in summer workshops at the National School of Drama and learned dance with Shiamak Davar. He joined Whistling Woods as one of the first students at the faculty.
Gulati began his career as an assistant casting director in the film "My Name Is Khan" and made his acting debut with the movie "Hide & Seek" in 2010. He then made his television debut with the series "Yudh" in 2014, where he portrayed Amitabh Bachchan's son. In 2016, he appeared in the short film "Queen of Hearts."
In 2017, Gulati made his web debut with the series "Pyaar on the Rocks" and also appeared in the film "Ittefaq" opposite Sonakshi Sinha. He then starred in Imtiaz Ali's short film "The Other Way" alongside Shreya Chaudhary and the web series "Haq Se" opposite Parul Gulati in 2018.
Gulati played the role of a journalist in the film "Kalank" and appeared in an episode of the series "Made in Heaven" in 2019. In 2020, he appeared in Anurag Kashyap's segment of "Ghost Stories" and portrayed an Army Officer in the web series "Avrodh: The Siege Within."
However, his breakthrough role came in the 2020 film "Thappad," where he portrayed Taapsee Pannu's husband. The film, which dealt with the issue of domestic violence, proved to be a significant turning point in his career. "Thappad" received mixed to positive reviews from critics.
In 2022, Gulati appeared in the short film "Flow," the film "Dobaaraa" alongside Pannu, and the movie "Goodbye" alongside Rashmika Mandanna and Amitabh Bachchan. He also starred in the web series "Faadu" opposite Saiyami Kher.
In 2023, Gulati was seen in the JioCinema thriller "I Love You" alongside Rakul Preet Singh.
