Rajeev Siddhartha, born on April 11, 1986, is a versatile Indian actor whose career spans various platforms, including film, television, theatre, and digital web series. Hailing from Dhanbad, Jharkhand, Siddhartha spent his early years in boarding schools in Mussoorie and Dehradun. He pursued his education at The Doon School and later earned an honors degree in economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi. Furthering his academic journey, he completed his MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management and Higher Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, and briefly worked at an investment bank.
Siddhartha's acting journey began in 2007 with the film "Dil Dosti Etc" while he was still in college. After his MBA and banking stint, he ventured into Mumbai's theatre scene, making his mark with Lillete Dubey's play "Adhe Adhure." His portrayal of a son grappling with repressed emotions earned him acclaim for his nuanced performance. He continued to shine in various theatrical productions, including "August Osage County," "Wedding Album," "The Dancing Donkey," "Gauhar," and a notable role as Bassanio in "The Merchant of Venice."
