Singh is best known for portraying Zara Siddiqui in Zee TV's popular romantic Ishq Subhan Allah. She was last seen portraying Suhani Ranveer Oberoi in Colors TV's dramatic Sirf Tum (2021-22).

Eisha Singh was born on 24 December 1998 in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. She completed her schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sultanpur, Madhya Pradesh. She is a graduate in Mass Communication from the Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan's Adarsh Vidya Mandir College, Bhopal.
