Aneri Vajani was born on 26 March 1994 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. She completed her schooling from St. Xavier's High School, Fort, Mumbai. She is a graduate in Mass Media from Jai Hind College, Mumbai.

Aneri Vajani started her career as a model and appeared in several commercials. She made her television debut in 2012 with the show Kaali – Ek Punar Avatar. She played the role of Paakhi, a young woman who is trying to find her place in the world. She was a part of the show for one year.
