Balakrishna made his acting debut at the age of 14 in the film "Tatamma Kala" (1974). Since then, he has appeared in over 100 films, earning him a dedicated fan following.

Balakrishna is recognized for his powerful performances and versatile roles in movies such as "Mangamma Gari Manavadu" (1984), "Aditya 369" (1991), and "Legend" (2014).
