His breakthrough role came in the Tamil film "Eeram" in 2009, which was produced by director S. Shankar. Aadhi gained recognition for his performance in the supernatural thriller. Following that, he appeared in films like "Mirugam" (2007), "Ayyanar" (2010), "Aadu Puli" (2010), "Aravaan" (2012), "Gundello Godari" (2013), "Vallinam" (2014), "Kochadaiyaan" (2014), and "Yagavarayinum Naa Kaakka" (2015).

One of his notable films is the action film "Sarrainodu" (2016), which received critical acclaim, and Aadhi's performance was highly praised for elevating the film. In 2017, he starred in the successful thriller "Maragadha Naanayam" and the Telugu romantic drama "Ninnu Kori."
