Shobana Chandrakumar Pillai, commonly known as Shobana, is a renowned Indian actress and Bharatanatyam dancer. She was born on March 21, 1970, in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
Shobana made her acting debut in 1980 with the Malayalam film "April 18." She quickly gained recognition for her versatile acting skills and went on to become one of the leading actresses in the South Indian film industry.
