Krishna, a prominent playback singer in the Kannada film industry, made his debut in 2001 with the movie "Kothigalu Saar Kothigalu." Since then, he has sung over 1000 songs in Kannada films, collaborating with renowned music composers such as Hamsalekha, Mano Murthy, Hari Krishna, V Manohar, R P Patnaik, and Guru Kiran.
His breakthrough song came in 2007 with the pathos song "Janumada Gelathi" from the film "Cheluvina Chittara," which garnered him recognition and opened doors for more opportunities. Subsequently, he recorded songs for notable films like "Moggina Manasu," "Taj Mahal," and "Chaitrada Chandrama" in 2008.
In 2009, Krishna's song "Yaare Nee Devatheya" from the film "Ambaari" won several prestigious awards, including Filmfare South Indian Awards, Karnataka State Film Awards, Suvarna Film Awards, Mirchi Music Award South, and South Scope Cine Awards.
He continued his successful musical journey with hits like the title track of "Pancharangi" and its sloka version, as well as songs in films like "Krishnan Love Story" and "Adduri." In 2011, his song "Yaarig Helona" from "Lifeu Ishtene" also received critical acclaim and won several awards, including Filmfare South Indian Awards, Suvarna Film Awards, Mirchi Music Award South Indian Award, and Santhosham South Indian Award.
