Neeraj Pandey is an Indian film director, producer, and screenwriter known for his work in Hindi cinema. He was born on December 17, 1973, in Howrah, West Bengal. Pandey made his directorial debut with the film A Wednesday! in 2008, which received widespread critical acclaim and won several awards. The film was praised for its gripping storyline and powerful performances.
He followed up his debut with the films Special 26 (2013) and Baby (2015). Baby, in particular, garnered critical acclaim and achieved commercial success. Pandey's directorial skills were applauded for his ability to create tension and engage audiences with his well-crafted thrillers. He also served as a producer for the film Rustom (2016).
In 2016, Pandey directed the biographical film M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, based on the life of Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
