Kranti Prakash Jha, born on November 2, 1988, is an Indian actor, film producer, television personality, businessman, and model hailing from Begusarai, Bihar. He is best known for his role as Santosh Lal in the 2016 biographical sports film "M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story."
He pursued his higher education at Hindu College, University of Delhi, and completed his schooling in Purnia, Bihar. His father served as a bureaucrat with the position of RDDE in Purnia. Kranti Prakash Jha began his career by appearing in advertisements and has been featured in numerous TV commercials and music videos.
He made his debut in the lead role with the award-winning Maithili film "Mithila Makhaan" and also appeared in lead roles in Bhojpuri films like "Deswa" and "Once Upon a Time in Bihar."
Kranti gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of a young migrant Bihari in a viral Chhath video alongside Kristine Zedek.
