Urmila Matondkar made her acting debut as a child artist in the film "Kalyug" (1981) and later appeared in several other films as a child artist. She gained significant recognition and acclaim for her performance in the movie "Masoom" (1983), where she played the role of a child protagonist.
As an adult actress, Urmila Matondkar rose to prominence with her versatile performances in a range of films. She is well-known for her roles in movies like "Rangeela" (1995), directed by Ram Gopal Varma, where she portrayed a lively and aspiring actress.
