Tanishaa Mukerji is an Indian film actress who predominantly works in Bollywood. She was born on March 3, 1978, in Mumbai, India. Tanishaa comes from a prominent film family, as she is the daughter of actress Tanuja and the younger sister of Bollywood actress Kajol.
Tanishaa made her acting debut in 2003 with the film "Sssshhh..." but gained recognition for her role in the critically acclaimed film "Neal 'n' Nikki" (2005).
